Scratch/Scuff marks all over. If you are going to buy one it will be in poor condition. – When I opened the box, first thing I saw was that the top was a different color than what the picture showed up as. I flipped it over and found so many scuff marks and deep scratches even the speaker grill was broken. Then looked closer at the top and found out it’s a wrap so I took it off and found more scratch marks on it. Inside was decent it turned right on as I opened it. Works well but the outside looked like it was scraped all across the ground and the top was just messed up. Not touch screen by the way! Screen quality is around $40 worth I’d say, same with keyboard and that’s all you basically pay for. Outside of that is just covered with a black film to cover it up. Not sure if Amazon did that or the previous owners did that. But smart way to cover things up like that.

Works Great! – Overall, for the price, this product came out better than expected. Great screen resolution, hardly any scratches on the surface, and it came with a touchscreen as well. Staying connected – The chromebooks looked like new. However I received the wrong chord on one and missing a chord on another. The keyboard keeps jumping languages. Otherwise it seems to be a good product.

Convenient! – I purchased this as a get well gift to myself after surviving Covid earlier this year. I have been able to effortlessly continue my writing from my desktop PC to my Chromebook anytime I want. The weight is nice and light and I can take it anywhere with ease. I don’t have the touchscreen model but that is perfectly fine with me. I also purchased a renewed or refurbished model and have had no issues whatsoever with it other than the scratches on the outside casing. I am still very happy with my purchase!
