Excellent bang for the buck…BUT…unable to update with Intel utility – As usual, excellent quality laptop; it’s used/refurbished, but that’s ok – for about $250 it is a great deal! I need help since the Intel update utility could not FIND the SKU. Can anyone help with this?

Battery life is abysmal – Had high hopes for this product. Overall great, but it’s clear the battery should have been replaced before selling. Fully charged on sleep mode it does within just a few hours.
