Does what it’s supposed to do… – Having owned a Lenovo in the past and not necessarily being thrilled with previous models from this brand, I have to say that with this model, they have really shined through and upgraded to what I feel, the average consumer needs and is looking for. Their laptop is sleeker, more unique (as far as the color) and lightweight. I love the ‘silence’ and the responsiveness of the keys while typing. My webcam was used for the first time today for an online conference and worked well.

Screen broke 11 months after I got it. – I enjoy the light weight aspect of the machine. The keys feel good to the touch. I don’t use the touch screen much but when I do it works great.

Know before you buy that the speaker sound is terrible – If you listen to music on your laptop, buyer beware! The tinny sound that comes out of these laptop speakers will immediately send you out to buy external speakers (maybe that’s their goal). Specs that I saw ahead of buying this unit said it wasn’t that bad in comparison, but I would disagree. So very disappointed. What a step down from my HP Envy (though its keyboard went out at three years old, at least it sounded great!)

Not everything I expected it to be. – I originally ordered an HP Envy, which was delivered but did not include the numeric keypad I needed, as it was pictured and described on Amazon, so I had to return it. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find one with the numeric keypad, so I had to explore other options. I settled for this computer and it is okay, but very underwhelming.
