Not worth the time – On the spec sheet, it has a somewhat great spec. But starting from unboxing the laptop, I felt something wasn’t adding up, info on the box got mostly covered. Screen was looking grey on a black picture. If you’re looking to buy one, please save your trip to next better product.

Came with screen damage – After initial setup of my laptop we realized that there was some sort of damage to the screen that caused a line across the middle of everything we opened.

I love my new Lap Top – I love this product. It came a day earlier than expected. The larger screen is so nice. Only loaded with necessary operating programs not all the junk many add. Got windows 11 which I am happy for but sometimes having the most up to date programs has its draw back. I am searching for a FACEBOOK video downloader and it appears that technology has not caught up to Windows 11. Other wise Great purchase. Would highly recommend and would buy again.

Great product for the price! – I purchase this product last week and received in good time . But as another rater had said b4 me, it came with no instructions and warranty information. Had to download operating Manual and print it out, and had to find warranty information online using Its serial number with HP. I was in the process of returning it , but decided to start it up. It’s pretty simple to set is as goes really well, just follow the setup instruction. Overall, other than warranty and, operating manual, this is a nice product. I would recommend !

It’s very lightweight, easy to see AND very fast!! – It did take me almost 10 minutes and a phone call to figure out where the power switch was … Maybe it would have been helpful to have a User Guide of some sort (no paperwork came with it).
