Compatibility issue – I needed a tablet for video sessions with my doctor at kaiser Permanente. Looking at the specs and reviews I thought this tablet would work. Not compatible! I like the tablet other than I can’t use it for what I bought it for. So, 4 instead of 5 stars.

Chromebook won’t hold charge – When this Chromebook works it’s great. The problem we have experienced with it is that it periodically won’t hold a charge. There is a fix for this, but it seems necessary to implement this every few weeks. I have owned a number of different Chromebooks, including other Acers and never had this problem with them. For this reason alone I wouldn’t recommend buying this computer.

Really seems to work well – This is the second chromebook that I have had. The first one I purchased was a refurbished one and I liked the simplicity of it over the laptop with Windows 10. Since no more updates were available I decided to purchase a new one. This Acer Spin 713 has met all of my expectations. Though there are limitations on chromebooks it works for all that I need to do.

Good chromebook – Everything is good. Cons are the square screen and a bit heavy. Otherwise is a super top end chromebook.
